Lisa Heiderick is an ordained pastor, ministry leader, speaker, mentor, wife, and homeschooling mother with over 12 years of experience equipping individuals, families, and ministry teams for growth and transformation. She has served in a variety of leadership roles, including co-leading Ignite School at Mission Church, where she helped develop and empower emerging leaders through practical training, discipleship, and spiritual development.

Passionate about helping people discover their purpose and walk confidently in their calling, Lisa has dedicated her life to creating environments where people can grow in faith, leadership, and personal breakthrough. As a wife and homeschool mom, she brings a unique perspective on family, relationships, faith, and personal development, understanding firsthand the challenges and rewards of leading both at home and in ministry.

Her experience spans ministry leadership, team development, family empowerment, teaching, coaching, and mentoring across multiple generations. Known for her authentic leadership style, encouragement, and ability to inspire growth in others, Lisa brings wisdom, compassion, and practical insight to every setting.

Melinda is a licensed pastor through Bethel Church in Redding, California, a prophetic voice, author, and visionary leader whose life message is simple but powerful: nothing is impossible with God. A graduate of Bethel's School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM), Melinda carries a contagious, activating faith that has marked every room she has ever walked into. 

She currently serves as Director of Operations at Igniting Hope Ministries alongside Steve and Wendy Backlund, and is the founder of Melinda Lagaay Ministries — a ministry dedicated to empowering believers to step into freedom, reclaim their God-given dreams, and live from a place of hope.

Melinda and her husband Pieter's personal story is the passion behind everything they do together. The two co-founded Arise and Shine International and Igniting Marriages alongside Steve and Wendy Backlund — ministries born out of a conviction that healthy marriages change families, families change communities, and communities change the world. Melinda's teaching on marriage, deliverance, beliefs, and dreaming has helped thousands break free from what was holding them back and boldly pursue what God placed inside them.

As a speaker, trainer, and author of three books — The Supernatural Power of Deliverance, Dare to Dream Again, and Restoring the Generations — Melinda brings a rare blend of prophetic insight, practical wisdom, and joy to every stage she steps onto. Whether she is leading a conference or sitting across the table from someone whose dreams feel out of reach, Melinda's greatest passion is helping people discover who God created them to be.

Melinda and Lisa are sisters and best friends. Melinda and Lisa have a unique relationship where their love for Jesus has connected them in a profound way. Melinda and Lisa  are passionate about people knowing how much they are loved, seen, and known by God. Melinda and Lisa live only 5 minutes from each other in a small town near Redding, California. Melinda loves spending time with and being "Auntie Melinda" to Lisa's three children.
